L 190 Royal Pleco (3 inch)

The L190 Royal Pleco is a stunning collector's fish featuring bold dark stripes across a charcoal-grey body and striking red-orange eyes. Native to the pristine rivers of Colombia and Venezuela, this rare pleco is a true centerpiece for dedicated aquarists.

At 3 inches, your specimen is young and will develop into a magnificent 40 cm adult. Royal Plecos are nocturnal bottom-dwellers that require spacious tanks with plenty of hiding spots, driftwood, and stable water conditions. They are primarily herbivorous and feed on algae wafers, blanched vegetables, and wood-based foods.

Ideal for experienced keepers seeking a unique, slow-growing pleco with personality and visual impact. Ensure proper tank size, temperature stability (24–28°C), and regular maintenance for optimal health and longevity.
